A TechConnect Support Program provides direct access to Rockwell Automation's world-class phone and electronic technical support. TechConnect provides the tools and resources needed to get and keep manufacturing and industrial automation equipment running.

TechConnect Support can help technical staff:

• Obtain the latest software and flash firmware versions
• Diagnose and correct operating problems
