Emergency Reinstatement Phone Support

When you have an immediate need for technical support or a product update on a Rockwell Automation software package not covered by a support contract, Emergency Reinstatement Support can be purchased for a 30 day period. Sold per install, Emergency Reinstatement Support provides unlimited access to Rockwell Automation's award winning, real-time technical phone support from 8am-5pm (local time, M-F). It also provides the most current software releases online or via overnight shipment for each install covered.
